Reiki - Universal Energy

Balancing the body’s energetic field

What is Reiki?

Reiki is simple, yet difficult to explain - it must be experienced.

Through Reiki, the practitioner’s hands transfer universal energy into the body. All beings are born with universal life energy, and through Reiki, the body will rebalance and recenter from present disharmonies.

Reiki is not tangible, it just is. It can be interpreted and understood as many different channels - God power, cosmic energy, prana, universal life force.

Reiki Sessions

At the beginning of a Reiki session, I will scan the chakras to feel the energetic field and get a sense of imbalances that may be present.

After scanning the body, my hands will be gently placed on or above specific points of the body to channel universal energy. This is the Reiki method for healing - the hands guide the energy to specific areas of the body that need attention, focusing both on any imbalances, as well as the root cause of those imbalances.

You are the healer. The Reiki practitioner serves as the guide to help you heal yourself.

Reiki sessions are offered through both one-on-one sessions and distance sessions. At an in person session, you will experience the entire healing process. In a distance session, the Reiki energy will be transferred to your body despite not being physically present.
